CLAUDIUS
Claude is a 17hh eleven year old Oldenburg stallion by Careful (Contender) out of an Oldenburg mare by Lauriston.
He is a delight in everyway. He demonstrates fabulous movement, jump and conformation combined with his lovely temperament makes him an ideal choice for mare owners.
Claude's young stock are impressive, demonstrating his fantastic temperament and movement as well as showing real blood qualities. The stallion is now competing internationally at Grand Prix Level with Simon Crippen.
He will be available for stud duties again in 2018 for AI, chilled and frozen.

AKROPOLIS VAN'T MERELSNEST
Akropolis is an approved stallion with world class bloodlines (Voltair/Saphire) and is an outstanding sire for any breeder. He is a compact powerful stallion with good conformation and an exemplary temperament and jump. As a result he received one of the highest recorded scores at the Belgium Warmblood Society grading as a four year old in 2004.
As a six year old, he won the British Showjumping final. He then went on to compete successfully to 1m40 until it was decided to retire him to stud in 2009 with great excitement of what he could achieve as a sire.
His sire Voltaire needs no introduction. He has produced numerous progeny including the world renowned Kannan, Concorde and gold medal winning mare Kellemoi De Pepita to name but a few.
He is the only biological son of Sapphire (Darco), who won Olympic gold in Athens (2004) and Beijing (2008) and accumulated in excess of USD 5 million in prize money. Often known as the "Queen" of show jumping Sapphire is without a doubt, the most successful mare in the sport.

He boasts the legendary gene's of Darco who is the stallion that has the most offspring who have competed at GP level over a 5 year period. Mr Darcy had a long and successful career at the top of his sport. He was ridden by the likes of Michael Whitaker, Joe Clayton and Louise Saywell.
Available for frozen and fresh AI packages by arrangement or guest mares can be taken at NBE through the breeding season.
